Description of services
SmartCropper provides browser-local image tools where practical and a server-side Image Upscaler that resizes, sharpens, compresses, and returns JPEG output. Tools process one image at a time unless a page explicitly says otherwise.
Nutzung des Dienstes
You may use SmartCropper for lawful purposes only. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, privacy-invasive, or infringing content, and you must not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
Your content and permissions
You are responsible for the images you upload or process and must have the rights, consent, or permission needed to use them with SmartCropper. You retain ownership of your images.
Privacy and image processing
Browser-local tools are designed to process images on your device when possible. Image Upscaler sends the selected image to the SmartCropper server for processing and returns a JPEG result. See the Privacy Policy for analytics, advertising, cookie, and retention details.

SmartCropper wird wie besehen bereitgestellt, ohne jegliche Gewährleistung. Wir garantieren keine unterbrechungsfreie oder fehlerfreie Nutzung und haften nicht für Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der Plattform entstehen.
Output quality and fitness for use
Output quality depends on the original image and selected settings. Upscaling is not lossless, does not guarantee restoration of missing source detail, and may not be suitable for every professional, commercial, legal, or regulated use.

Wir können diese Nutzungsbedingungen jederzeit aktualisieren. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung von SmartCropper nach Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung zu den neuen Bedingungen.
