This Privacy Policy explains how SmartCropper handles website usage data, cookies, advertising services, analytics, and images processed through our tools.

収集する情報
Core tools do not require an account. We may process basic technical information such as IP address, approximate region, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referrer, and interaction events through Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, hosting, security, and advertising providers.
Images You Process
ブラウザー内ツールは可能な範囲で端末上で画像を処理します。画像アップスケーラーは、選択した画像をリサイズ、シャープ化、圧縮、JPEG出力のためにSmartCropperサーバーへ送信します。処理レスポンスにはno-storeキャッシュヘッダーを付けています。機密画像や処理権限のない画像はアップロードしないでください。
第三者サービス
We use service providers including Google Analytics 4, Google AdSense, Vercel Analytics, and hosting/security providers. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
情報の利用方法
We use information to operate the tools, understand site usage, diagnose product issues, improve performance, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and support advertising where enabled. We do not sell user images or intentionally send file names, image URLs, or image contents as analytics events.
Analytics and diagnostics
Analytics events are intended to describe product usage such as page views, tool interactions, processing status, language changes, and downloads. They should not contain file names, emails, uploaded image contents, or other unnecessary personal data.
Advertising and ad measurement
SmartCropper may show advertising through Google AdSense after the site is approved and the required consent configuration is in place. Third-party advertising vendors may place or read cookies, use web beacons, IP addresses, device or browser identifiers, and advertising identifiers to deliver, limit, personalize where permitted, and measure ads.
Image retention and logs
Images uploaded to the Image Upscaler are processed for the current request and returned with no-store cache headers. SmartCropper does not provide user accounts or galleries for uploaded images. Hosting, security, advertising, and analytics providers may retain technical logs under their own retention periods.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to personal data processing by contacting support@smartcropper.com. You may also manage cookies through browser controls, reject or withdraw consent where a consent message is shown, and use Google ad settings to opt out of personalized ads.
