Description of services
SmartCropper provides browser-local image tools where practical and a server-side Image Upscaler that resizes, sharpens, compresses, and returns JPEG output. Tools process one image at a time unless a page explicitly says otherwise.
サービスの利用
You may use SmartCropper for lawful purposes only. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, privacy-invasive, or infringing content, and you must not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
Your content and permissions
You are responsible for the images you upload or process and must have the rights, consent, or permission needed to use them with SmartCropper. You retain ownership of your images.
Privacy and image processing
Browser-local tools are designed to process images on your device when possible. Image Upscaler sends the selected image to the SmartCropper server for processing and returns a JPEG result. See the Privacy Policy for analytics, advertising, cookie, and retention details.
知的財産権
SmartCropper上のすべてのコンテンツ・商標・技術は各権利者に帰属します。アップロード・処理した画像の所有権はユーザーにあります。
免責事項
SmartCropperは現状有姿で提供され、いかなる保証もありません。サービスの中断・エラー・利用による損害について責任を負いません。
Output quality and fitness for use
Output quality depends on the original image and selected settings. Upscaling is not lossless, does not guarantee restoration of missing source detail, and may not be suitable for every professional, commercial, legal, or regulated use.

本利用規約は随時更新される場合があります。変更後も利用を継続することで新しい規約に同意したものとみなします。
